I purchased the Big Bag because I was going through the Gold Bark too quickly. Amazing product. Even if you don't know what you are doing and are some schmuck like me, it still creates a fantastic finished product. Will happily buy again
I have been using these rubs since they were released and have never been disappointed with the results with a variety of meats. I would recommend these rubs to everyone. The Gold Bark Bold is a great addition to the product line.
Kinda like Frank's Red Hot - I put salt on everything. And the Brine just makes everything better. Genius name too.
