If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to let us know so we can fix the problem! Just email Matt at mattc@rubsmokelove.com so we can make it right. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (or if you received the wrong item) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product arrived damaged or in error, we will ship a replacement out to you immediately--and, of course, the shipping cost is on us!

Exchange Procedure:

Just snap a picture of the problem item(s) you need exchanged, attach it in an e-mail to mattc@rubsmokelove.com to let us know it's on the way back to us. 

Upon receiving your return, we will remit a refund in the manner in which you paid.
